Next week is our 3rd Xbox LAN party at Weir Beer! We’ll have more details on that event soon, but before that, you should check out the full list of events from 3/14 to 3/23.
There’s a ton of great events this week, especially if you’re into Boardgames and/or LARPing. By the way, LARPing is actually super dope and there’s a great group located in Oceanside. Maybe we’ll have more info about that community soon…
XBOX LAN PARTY & CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS 2 COMPETITION - VISTA, CA - 3/19
As we mentioned before, this is our 3rd Xbox LAN Party at Weir Beer in Vista, Ca. This has grown into such a fun, goofy event. While we would love to put on a serious Esports event, we feel that a light-hearted, low-stakes LAN Party with incredible beer is absolutely what’s needed in the world today.
Also, Thank you Calico Gaming for sponsoring this event! They’ve provided gift cards for prizes to the top performers for the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 competition, so bring your A-Game.
Throwback Gamez 5th Anniversary Event - Oceanside, Ca - 3/15
While we at North County Gamers are making it our goal to catalog and promote everything gaming related in North County San Diego, we do want to make sure we take the time to acknowledge the local brick-and-mortar stores in North County that are owned and operated by people that live in North County.
Throwback Gamez is operated by great people and you should absolutely visit their store this Saturday, March 15 because not only will they have special deals, they’ll also have free facepainting from Hanxholo_arte, foot trucks, and other vendors and artists from 11AM to 6PM.
Belles & Chimes: All Female Pinball Tournament - Vista, Ca - 3/15
Belles & Chimes is an all female pinball group with chapters all across the world and they just started hosting events in North County at Eppig Brewing in Vista, Ca. If you’re a lady, you should enter this pinball tournament. If you’re a man, check out Lost Abbey’s new location within the Eppig Brewing facility.
Friendly Board Gamers of Fallbrook March Gathering - Fallbrook, Ca - 3/17
Located in the most northern part of North County. The Friendly Board Gamers of Fallbrook have been having monthly events about half a year now and they’re open to all friendly adults that love to play boardgames.
